Transaction Policy:

All transactions are processed in AUD

Shipping Policy:

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.we deliver to anywhere in Australia via Australia Post within 3-5 business days(within Australia). Please refer to our shopping cart for shipping costs.Delivery times are only estimates and will depend on your location.  We aim for customers to receive their products within 3 business days(within Australia).  We will do our best to ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible.  However, we cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to the Australia Post service.

Also, please note that parcels are required to be signed for upon delivery and that deliveries will only be made on Monday to Friday during business hours. Should you wish to have your shopping delivered to an alternative address please state this in the "Delivery Address " section.  Items which are sent to an address other than that of the card billing address may be subject to confirmation with the card holder. 

Customer Service Policy:

Unused products in original and unaltered condition  may be returned for an exchanged (credit note only) within 7 days (for Australia) of receipt.  Simply contact us with your details, what item you would like to return, and why you would like an exchange for replacement products. Our sales team is available Monday to Friday 9:30 to 18:00 via our " contact us" page or on +1300 768 743.Credit notes on exchange must be used within 6 months of issue.

Please note that returning products will be at your own expense expect where the return is as a result of defect in which such expense is waived.  Also, with exchanges, where the replacement good costs less, we will reimburse you with the difference however, if the new item costs more, then an additional payment will be required.  There will be no second postage and packing costs to you for dispatch of exchanged goods

Refund Policy:

We are happy to refund your purchases if they are defective, or issue you a credit note on exchange which sould be used within 6 months of issue.

We are happy to exchange for the correct size if the sizing is incorrect

We will pay for the postage of shipping in the event of defective products
